The geometry of the fitting, designed for ideal coupling between pipe and fitting ensuing pressing, and the windows on the bushing holder, to verify correct insertion of the pipe and two O-rings in peroxide EPDM on each terminal, are all details which help to guarantee the usability and reliability of the product.
